Sharpening and Instrument Repair Services
Repairs are done by our exceptionally skilled technicians to the highest quality standards. We offer a uniquely quick turn-around service – instruments are returned within a week of their arrival.
Before shipping your instruments to us, please contact Customer Service for repair instructions.
Instruments are inspected upon arrival at our repair facility to determine the degree of damage and check that we have the necessary components to do the repair. You are contacted with a quote for approval before we begin the repair – or if we believe an instrument is beyond repair.
Surgipro instruments covered by our Lifetime Guarantee will not be charged for any repairs. The guarantee is void if the damage is a result of misuse or improper care and cleaning.
A final quality inspection is done to ensure repair has been restored full functionality to the instrument before shipping.

Warranty: Repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. If they prove defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace them at no extra charge.
Please include a list of instruments you are shipping to be repaired, including the quantity of instruments, part numbers, description of the damage, and the address to which you want the repaired instruments returned.
