Can I submit my order with a purchase order number?
Yes, just e-mail, fax, or call us with your Purchase Order and we will set up your account on Net 30 Terms. Credit references may be needed.

There is no greater concern to our customers than the security of their personal and payment information. We are committed to keeping your private information just that: private. Following strict PCI compliance guidelines, we do not save any credit card information within our software.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Please include a description of the problem, a copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip and a contact name and phone number. One of our expert staff members will contact you once we’ve received the surgical instruments.
Please Note: Once a surgical instrument has been sterilized it can not be returned for a refund, so please make absolutely sure you want the surgical instrument prior to sterilization.
Can I have my company logo / hospital logo or specific part number stamped on the surgical instruments?
Yes, for a nominal fee we can laser etch each surgical instrument with your company logo or part number.

Can you modify an existing surgical instrument or manufacture a custom surgical instrument?
Surgical Instrument Modifications: Yes, modifications to existing surgical instruments are quite common and in most cases can be performed by our expert repair facility. Please call one of our customer service reps to discuss.
